Finally! I have them! I've actually had them for a while but I left them at my parents house. Now I have them! Here are a few of my favs. My very favorite will not be shown though...you'll just have to come to the wedding to see it! Muahaha!

Last night Daren and I enjoyed our first snow cone of the season. Despite it being freezing outside, I enjoyed every bite of my Banana Colada snow cone. There will be many more to come and I must say I am thrilled about it.

Did anyone watch American Idol last night? All I can say is, "IT'S ABOUT TIME!" Jason Castro is SO boring! Seriously though, who thinks they can sing Bob Marley and get away with it? Plus he always looks like he is hopped up on some type of meds.

Was anyone else intrigued by Maroon 5's performance? For some reason it was so weird for me to watch Adam Levine sing that high. Even though I already knew he did, actually watching him was so fascinating.

I have been procrastinating packing up my stuff all week. I think today is the day I begin...maybe...I just really hate moving.

My dog is lazy. I was watching him eat his food and drink from his bowl the other night and he was laying down while drinking. Heaven forbid he has to stand up and drink. I guess that is just too much for him to handle. He's so cute though. I love him.

Kayzen C. Bastos

Yesterday at 10:43 in the am Daren's sister, Angie, had her baby! He is so beautiful! his name is Kayzen C. Bastos. It's pronounced Casen. I can't remember what the C stands her, it's something Brazilian. He weighs 6 lbs, 6 oz and is 19 inches long.



Daren and I went over to the hospital after work to see them and he is so cute! I love him! Both baby and mommy are healthy!

My favorite thing about him is his little old man hands. They were so wrinkly! This is Kayzen holding onto my finger.

We are so happy for the Bastos family and their new addition!

He's Home!

It is true my fellow bloggers! My brother, Elder Jace Teague Hansen, is officially home! Wahoo!

He flew in at 3:56pm on Tuesday afternoon. Of course being a true Hansen he was one of the last off the plane. I was so nervous! I seriously could have used a good strong Zanax while I was waiting.

It was so great to see him! Of course as soon as my mom, dad, and myself saw him we all started bawling! Shane and Daren just laughed at us!

He looks and sounds so good! I think he is going to make the adjustment really well too!

Tuesday night we had a BBQ with lots of people! It was fun to see all his friends that we haven't seen in 2 years and to meet some of his mission companions.

Needless to say we are all VERY happy he is home safe and sound!

Last night I finished Jace's blanket! Just in the nick of time too! I think it looks pretty good. Considering I've never made this type of blanket and I was just making it up as I went.

I was doing some finishing touches on it while it was on the floor and my dog decided to take a nice long pee on it! I was so mad! Luckily Daren was there and quickly grabbed the carpet cleaner stuff! Bear gets so angry when I don't pay attention to him, especially when I'm working on some sort of craft. Apparently he's decided to take drastic measures to tell me too!

Anywho, the pee is gone and all is well. Thanks to my man!

PS! My dress is here! Woot! Now hopefully the alterations lady really will fix it in a timely manner...like over night!

Today is April 24th. APRIL! It's snowing outside. It's been snowing all day. I'm annoyed. If there is snow when I get married, I'll be very angry.

I woke up annoyed. Needless to say I'm real excited to move out of my place and not have roommates, one in particular.

I'm excited for this weekend. Lots of wedding stuff happening, including a bridal shower. Woot! Wedding stuff has worked out so well that I'm worried the actual day will be a total disaster....

Our announcements should be ready tomorrow. I'm so sick of dealing with Watkins. Note to self: Never use them again.

Cafe Sabor tomorrow with my co-workers. Party at the school after! Yay for Fridays!

I feel like I haven't blogged in forever but it's only been since Saturday. Eh..

I'm kind of sad that Irish girl got kicked off American Idol last night. Not sad enough to keep thinking about it.

The Office tonight is new. I can barely contain myself!

I'm going to make my blog private today.

I have to start sewing Jace's blankie after work...5 days left! Woot!

I have been so tired lately. What's my deal?
